Reservations:

A form for making a reservation is available on this site. Early reservations are advised as many retreats fill to capacity very quickly.

• Day of Prayer

You can make a reservation for a day of prayer by phone weekdays 8:00 a.m. — 4:00 p.m. (Mountain Time), or by using the reservations form. No deposit is required.

• Weekend Retreat

You can make a reservation for a weekend retreat by phone or by using the reservations form. Deposits can be made by phone using a credit card, or by mailing a check to the reservations office.

• Private Retreat

You can make a reservation for a private retreat by phone or by sending in the reservation form. Deposits can be made by phone using a credit card, or by mailing a check to the reservations office.

• Individually Directed Retreat

You can make a reservation for an individually directed retreat by phone or by mail, the same as for a private retreat. If you are making a reservation by phone we ask that you still fill out the form and send it to us so that we will know your preferences for a director.

• Thirty-day Retreat and Annotation 19 Retreat

There is a special application form for the Spiritual Exercises which can be obtained through the reservations office.

Costs and Deposits:

Deposits secure the reservation and are non-refundable, but count toward the total cost of the retreat. You will receive confirmation of your reservation either by phone or by mail.

• Prayer Days

The recommended contribution for a prayer day is $40.00. There is no deposit for prayer days.

• Retreats

The recommended contribution for retreats is $90.00 per night. The deposit is $50.00.

We aware that there are those who wish to make a retreat for whom the full recommended contribution is not possible. Please come and know that you are very welcome even if circumstances allow you to give only a portion of the suggested offering.

We would like to know if, for health reasons, you have special needs; if so please indicate this in the appropriate space on the reservation form.

In keeping with national health trends, smoking is not permitted in any building at Sacred Heart Jesuit Retreat House.
