 Days of Prayer
Prayer Days are opportunities to discover yourself and deepen your love for God. Each Prayer Day includes several presentations, Mass, and ample time for personal prayer and reflection. Time: The program begins at 9:30 a.m. and ends by 2:30 p.m. Light refreshments and coffee are available starting at about 9:00 a.m. Suggested offering: $40, which includes the program and lunch. Tuesday October 19 The Shack: Revisited
The Shack continues to remain on the best-seller list, and requests to have an opportunity to discuss this book keep coming in. This day is intended to provide that opportunity for those who wish to discuss it in more detail as well as those coming for the first time.
Wednesday October 27 All Good Gifts Surround Us Sr. Eileen Currie, M.S.C. This will be a day to reflect and rejoice on the abundance of God.
Tuesday November 9 Prayer Day Harry Potter: Love Conquers Evil Fr. Gene Arthur, S.J. The Harry Potter series is a classic Good-versus-Evil series. As Harry grows in love, Voldemort grows more and more evil and focuses that evil towards Harry. In the end, however, Harry's unselfish love overcomes Voldemort's unmitigated evil. Discussion invited.

Wednesday December 8 Religious Experience We will explore some dimensions of our religious experience: reading Sacred Scriptures, praying, and worshiping. This should enhance our religious experience called prayer.
