The Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius Loyola
We offer the full Spiritual Exercises in two formats: the Thirty-Day Spiritual Exercises and the Spiritual Exercises in Daily Life (also known as the Annotation 19 Retreat).
The Thirty-Day Spiritual Exercises
The Thirty-Day Spiritual Exercises are a month-long period of prayer, silence, and spiritual direction. The retreatant needs the silence to allow prayer to significantly
influence his or her life. The ability to focus on feelings as they
arise in prayer is a very important part of the Excercises,
and the retreatant needs to share these feelings with his or her
director. It is highly recommended that one make at least one silent eight-day directed retreat before making the full Spiritual Exercises.
There is a special application form for the Spiritual Exercises which can be obtained through the reservations office: 303-688-4198 ext. 122. We ask that reservations be submitted at least eight weeks in advance along with a $100 non-refundable deposit.
The Thirty-Day Spiritual Exercises
can be made year-round, depending
upon space and director availability. The cost of the Spiritual
Exercises retreat is $2,550 (deposit included).

The Spiritual Exercises in Daily Life (19th Annotation Retreat)
This program allows people to make the Spiritual Exercises without pulling back from work and/or family. It requires a commitment to one hour of prayer per day and one meeting per week with the spiritual director over a seven-month period.
